Ritu Julka

Senior Adviser

Ritu Julka, founder and managing partner of CoSculpt Consulting, is an executive coach and organizational transformation advisor with more than two decades of experience working with leaders, family enterprises, and executive teams. Her work sits at the intersection of family governance, next-generation development, and organizational transformation, where she partners with founders, successors, and leadership teams to navigate the complex human dynamics that shape long-term business continuity.

A central focus of Ritu’s work is helping family enterprises manage leadership transitions across generations. She facilitates open dialogue between founders and successors, enabling constructive conversations and helping families move beyond unspoken tensions toward shared clarity around leadership, ownership, and legacy. Ritu’s approach is grounded in the belief that family enterprises thrive when strong governance structures are complemented by strong relationships. She supports families in building emotional intelligence, communication capability, and governance discipline required to transition successfully across generations.

Ritu holds a Masters Honours Degree (Literature), is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds credentials in family enterprise advising through the Family Firm Institute (CFBA/CFWA). In addition to her advisory practice, she serves as faculty with CRR Global, where she trains leaders to develop systemic “coach-leader” capabilities. While Ritu’s work spans across regions, she is originally from India and based in Dubai for the past 20 years, giving her valuable cross-cultural perspective.
