Mariana Restrepo is an Associate with GTA, where she is developing her expertise as a family business advisor. She supports all aspects of client work, approaching each engagement with curiosity and a keen interest in how senior and next-generation family members partner to navigate the complexities of ownership and leadership transitions.

A graduate of Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration and concentrations in Strategy & Consulting and Economics, Mariana brings firsthand insight into multigenerational family enterprises as a third-generation member of a Colombian family business.

Mariana has gained experience working with Yanbal, a Peruvian family-owned beauty and personal care company, and with Kindros, a financial literacy platform that deepened her understanding of the psychological drivers of financial decision-making. At Flywire, she supported the Education vertical, helping universities and institutions across Latin America join the platform and streamline payment processes.

Mariana lives in Miami, Florida. Her personal hobbies include running and traveling.
