María Rocha has more than 10 years of experience managing, structuring, and leading her family’s business group across the floriculture, agricultural, and real estate sectors. This experience has given her a strong ability to analyze, manage, and align the different dimensions of a family enterprise, supporting strategic decision-making focused on business continuity and the long-term preservation of family wealth. Drawing from firsthand experience, she brings a deep understanding of family business dynamics, generational transitions, ownership structures, and corporate governance, enabling her to advise families with empathy, a holistic perspective, and practical expertise. As part of Continuum Partners, she plays a key strategic role in both consulting engagements and internal operations, helping design solutions, build consensus, and promote the long-term continuity of the families and organizations she supports. María holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in International Relations, executive education in leadership and corporate governance, and currently serves as an administrative and financial advisor to her family’s business group and as a member of its Board of Directors.
