He also specializes in residency by investment, foreign direct investment, cross-border wealth structuring, transitional residency tax planning, private funds, strategic philanthropy, captive insurance, global tax reporting and compliance, and financial regulation related to private wealth.
Henry’s work is jurisdictionally neutral, operating globally to develop comprehensive strategies and provide tailored solutions for his clients. He is a registered Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners (STEP).

Henry is married with two sons. In his free time he enjoys physical training (he is a competitive rower in the Masters age category) and supporting his sons’ various sporting endeavours.
