Henri-Lee Stalk brings a unique perspective, being both a licensed psychologist (NY, NJ) and licensed attorney (NY). She works with client families to navigate the complex dynamics inherent in family businesses, aligning the short-term and long-term goals, clarifying personal and professional roles, and defining shared values that sustain across generations.
Drawing on her experience in cognitive behavioral therapy for over a decade, Henri-Lee helps families strengthen communication around challenging topics, including succession planning, setting boundaries, managing relationships, and discussing financial matters. Her clinical work focuses on helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and trauma through emotional mastery and effective self-management strategies.
Henri-Lee’s business acumen stems from her experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and other boutique consulting firms, where she advised U.S. and international companies on strategy, operations, restructuring, and executive engagement.
Henri-Lee holds a Scottish Master’s Honours Degree in English and Scottish Literature from the University of Edinburgh and a Post-Baccalaureate in Psychology from Columbia University. She went on to earn a Master’s and PhD in Clinical Psychology, as well as a Juris Doctor in Law, from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
This multidisciplinary foundation enables Henri-Lee to navigate both family dynamics and business structures, giving her a unique perspective for guiding families through complex transitions.
