Henri-Lee Stalk is a Partner at GTA. She is both a licensed psychologist (NY, NJ) and a licensed attorney (NY), who has held a variety of roles at the intersection of psychology, law and business. She works with client families to build effective processes for differentiating and managing multiple roles, balancing short- and long-term perspectives, and defining shared values to uphold family and business growth.

Henri-Lee has over a decade of experience using cognitive behavior therapy to help families strengthen communication on difficult topics such as schooling, relationships, boundaries, safety, and finances. Her work with individuals has focused on emotional mastery over anxiety, depression and trauma, communication and self-management strategies to successfully navigate challenging situations, and coaching the younger generation to achieve their career aspirations.

Henri-Lee has brought her research, healthcare, and legal background to the field of business as a consultant for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and boutique consulting firms. At BCG, Henri-Lee advised leadership at US and international companies on manufacturing outsourcing and pipeline development, spin-off preparation and global communications, legal restructuring, shared service creation, and board and C-suite engagement.

In working with family businesses, Henri-Lee brings an understanding both of the softer issues around family dynamics, as well as the business and legal frameworks within which they operate.
